Order and delivery terms

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Amua Oy 2810507-4 (hereinafter the online store) sells products and services to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices.

ORDERING

The products to be ordered are selected in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. The products will be delivered shortly after your payment is confirmed. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery and product prices. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of the order to the e-mail you indicated. Ordering requires an address and a valid e-mail address. If you provide your mobile phone number, you will also receive an arrival notification as a text message.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The payment intermediary for the online store is the Finnish payment institution Paytrail Oyj, (business ID number 2122839-7). Paytrail has been awarded the Safe Pay certificate for safe payment. Payment is made via Paytrail Oyj's online service, and Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Paytrail forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The Paytrail service offers the following payment methods:

1. Bank payments: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, Oma Savings Bank, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Bank

2. Card payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard

3. Mobile payment: MobilePay

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

DELIVERY

Only electronic products can be ordered from the online store. Orders will be delivered to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If there are problems with the delivery of the order, the customer can contact the online store (reetta.rajala@amua.fi).

CUSTOMER REGISTER AND PERSONAL DATA

Before confirming your order, always check that your personal and address information is correct. We update our customer register based on the order confirmation. If the products have been ordered to the wrong address, we will not replace lost packages. We do not pass on the information in the customer register.

REFUNDS

All online store products have a fourteen (14) day right of return. However, the return must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the selected event. The product cannot be returned when the selected event is less than 24 hours away. The product must be unopened and unused. The exact information of the buyer, the buyer's account number and the shipment/receipt for a possible refund of the purchase price must be attached.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER, LEAVING THE PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED/UNRECEPTED, RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS AND COMPLAINTS

The order can be canceled within 14 days of the order. However, the order must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the start of the selected event. The order cannot be canceled when the selected event is less than 24 hours away.

The online store has statutory error liability for the products sold. In cases of complaints, please contact us. The consumer has the right to refer potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
